Where are your products made?
Our products are made right here in Sydney Australia, in-house in our print studio, and because of this, we are able to provide custom orders if you need a colour or design to suit your brand style.
Our lead time on the products are approx 2-4 business days production from order, and will be despatched by courier. We can't guarantee lead times on the delivery, although it generally takes 2-5 business days for Australia and approx 7-10 business days for International.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately not, but we do ship Australia-Wide. The delivery charge will be calculated on checkout.
As our products are custom printed, we can not accept refunds for change of mind. If you have an issues with your product, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order to discuss your options.
If your product has arrived damaged, please send through some photos within 3 business days, and we will try to resolve the issue immediately.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
